David’s FULL REVIEW

7/10

RT SYNOPSIS: Miles Morales returns for the next chapter of the Oscar®-winning Spider-Verse saga, an epic adventure that will transport Brooklyn's full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man across the Multiverse to join forces with Gwen Stacy and a new team of Spider-People to face off with a villain more powerful than anything they have ever encountered.

RATED: PG | Some Language, Animated Action Violence, Thematic Elements

AGENDAS/PROPAGANDA: Miles Morales wears a BLM button on his backpack that gets plenty of screen time. Brief moment a trans flag is shown on a poster.

NUDITY/SEXUAL CONTENT: Some suggestive material.

DAVID’S AGE RESTRICTION: 10+. Some minor language.

DAVID’S REVIEW: Although I enjoyed Across The Spider-Verse I often felt fatigued especially at center point of the movie. The movie was 30 minutes too long and the storyline was so clunky, I had to really focus to understand what was going on. The ending did a good job bringing everything home and set up its next installment.

The writing, action, and humor are still top notch.

Beware of some woke content throughout (see agendas).
