DAVID’S REVIEW: Fast X was fun and entertaining enough to keep my eyes on the screen throughout the 2hrs and 30min duration. Not many movies over 2 hrs. can do that. There were a lot of fun surprises in Fast X (be sure to stay after for an AWESOME post-credit scene) that fans of the franchise will love.
Sure there’s a lot of “been there done that” throughout Fast X, but I didn’t care. I still had fun. Especially during the ridiculous physics, and logic, defying stunts. At this point, I don’t even care. I’ve learned to sit back, laugh, and enjoy the unrealistic scenes.
What made the movie stand out was…believe it or not…the villain Dante Reyes, who was played by Jason Momoa. Momoa’s performance in Fast X will go down as one of the most underrated villain performances in cinema history.
The ending will leave you with your jaw open. ✅7.5/10
